JERRY'S
BROTHER TO APPEAR ON "CROSSING JORDAN"
11/29/04
According to
"real scoop" at the Crossing
Jordan Coffee Room bboard, Jerry's brother Charlie will appear as
Woody's brother 'Cal' in a Crossing Jordan episode next April. Here
is the post, which seems to be confirmed as a 'gift' from known
writer/producer "El Jeffe":

Just to tide
you over...
In February,
Sandra Bernhard will appear as Det. Roz Framus and you won't believe
who she's had a "history" with!
In April
look for Woody's brother to make his second appearance and yes, again
he'll be played by Jerry O'Connell's real life brother, Charlie.
Also in April,
you can expect to see Lily's mother (Lesley Ann Warren) appear again
in a very emotional episode.
And finally...last
night CJ enjoyed its second highest ratings of the season! In addition
to everything else, we're thankful to you fans for sticking with us
through it all.
Happy Thanksgiving.

JERRY
AND REBECCA SIGHTING IN LAS VEGAS
11/29/04
Jerry and Rebecca
were spotted in Las Vegas on Saturday Nov. 20th. The couple attended
the Juicy Couture Vegas store opening (clothing line and stores founded
by Duran Duran Basest John Taylor's wife, Gela Taylor, and Pamela Skaist-Levy).
Later, Jerry and Rebecca were seen leaving the after party at 40 Deuce.
Photos from the event can be seen at wireimage.com.

The taste of success
With its first boutique, Juicy Couture sets out to make the world
more casual.
...The two
are enthusiastic consumers of all fashion labels, not just Juicy.
Taylor attended the Giorgio Armani show in October in Milan with her
husband, John Taylor, and his Duran Duran bandmates. (Armani is outfitting
the group's tour.) She also hit the Marni show, "because I love
it," she says.
Both are
moms who put more family time at the top of their holiday wish lists,
but Saturday night they were living the rock 'n' roll lifestyle.
At the store,
they sipped champagne and nibbled on P- and G-shaped chocolates with
new couple Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell, Chris Kattan,
Courtney Love, Anthony Kiedis, Colin Quinn, David LaChapelle, Lara
Flynn Boyle, Jacqui Getty, Tracey Ross and others.
At the after-party,
they were joined by John Cusack, Nicky Hilton, Pamela Anderson and
Jason Alexander, who helped them christen the Vegas outpost of Ivan
Kane's burlesque bar Forty Deuce. For the final striptease of the
evening, dancers were clad, albeit briefly, in the designers' jeans
and fur coats.

O'CONNELL
STRIPS DOWN FOR PING-PONG GAME
Actor
JERRY O'CONNELL gave fans a flash of his body yesterday morning (Nov
10, 2004), when he stripped down to a tight little outfit for a ping-pong
game against TONY DANZA.
During
O'Connell's appearance on Danza's new chat show, the pair began discussing
the fast-paced table game.
O'Connell,
who's the new face of PERRY ELLIS' underwear range, says, "I
don't wanna be rude, Tony, I think I can take you down. And I brought
a little outfit for the occasion."
As
O'Connell peeled away his tracksuit to reveal the tight outfit, he
yelled, "You're going down, Tony! Bring it!"
But
his efforts were wasted - Danza walked away from the game victorious.

Exhibit A: the not-so-little memento the Crossing Jordan star,
30, modeled on his neck during a late lunch at New York City's Pastis
on November 5. "It looked like he had an enormous hickey!"
says an eyewitness, adding that the pair, who have been dating almost
three months, "are not afraid to show their affection in public.
They were kissing and hanging on each other." Even after their
meal, the model turned actress, 32 - who confirmed her separation
from hubby John Stamos in April and is currently filming the big-screen
comedy Man About Town with Ben Affleck - remained suction-cupped
to her man's side as they waited for a taxi outside the French bistro.
"I don't think they even let go when they got into the cab,"
says the onlooker. "They just draped their bodies over each other."

was also photographed at LAX on November 3rd before they flew to New

When TV
Worlds Collide: 'Las Vegas' and 'Crossing Jordan' Cross Over
(Thursday, November 04 08:43 AM)
By Kate O'Hare
LOS ANGELES
(Zap2it.com) Last spring, during a presentation for advertisers on
the set of the Monday-night hit "Las Vegas," series creator
Gary Scott Thompson, NBC chief Jeff Zucker and star Jill Hennessey
of the Sunday-night forensic drama "Crossing Jordan," bandied
about the idea of crossing over the two NBC dramas, which air on adjacent
nights on the schedule.
The result
is a two-part storyline that begins on Sunday, Nov. 7 with the "Jordan"
episode, "What Happens in Vegas Dies in Boston," and concludes
the next night with the "Vegas" episode "Two of a Kind."
Although
on the surface the gritty "Jordan" and the glitzy "Vegas"
wouldn't seem to have a lot in common, Thompson thinks it's a good
fit.
"On our half, it isn't a problem," he says. "We have
jets, we fly whales [big gamblers] anywhere, so we can go anywhere
and do anything. And for them to come here, everybody comes to Vegas."
On this Thursday
afternoon on the Culver City sets of "Vegas," "Jordan"
stars Hennessey, who plays Boston coroner Jordan Cavanaugh, and Jerry
O'Connell, as Beantown Detective Woody Hoyt (Jerry O'Connell), are
huddling with "Vegas" regulars Josh Duhamel, as security
operative Danny McCoy, and James Lesure, as McCoy's right-hand man
(and former parking valet) Mike Cannon, around the bar of the fictional
Montecito Hotel.
Mike is attempting
to summarize the first half of the plot, which focuses on a dead high
roller with millions handcuffed to his wrist. By the time Mike tries
to explain it to everyone, the widow is involved, people have been
accused of murder, and there is something about a bunch of cookies
-- "Chocolate chip cookies," Jordan interjects -- baked
with poisoned cocaine.
As if this
mouthful of a speech -- a bit over 16 lines in the script -- isn't
enough (and, to his credit, Lesure nails it almost every take), apparently
Lesure faces a worse one the next day.
"That's
the one that really scares me," Lesure says. "The first
one clicked for me quick, the one tomorrow is all over the place."
Asked why
Duhamel didn't do more of the expository heavy lifting, Lesure laughs.
"I don't know. I want the love scenes, and I want him to have
the exposition. You can print that in the headlines."
In passing,
Thompson hears Lesure's gripe about his lack of an on-screen love
life, and shouts back, "You're gay. The show's never said he
wasn't."
"This
is true," Lesure says. "It's upsetting, if you're me. I
got into this business partly to play with beautiful women as well."
While everybody
thought the crossover was a good idea, on a practical level, it was
another matter.
"When
you do a crossover," says "Jordan" producer Tim Kring,
"obviously, your actors are working on their show, and so they
can't be working on your own show. What that means it becomes a logistical
nightmare scheduling these things, so you can free up enough time
that happens to coincide with the other show.
"Neither
of our shows was shut down to do this, which would have been the smart
thing. We had to fold them into our schedule."
On a personal
level, the schedule worked out for new pals O'Connell and Duhamel,
who got to visit each other's home base.
"I've
know Josh for a while," O'Connell says. "I was excited
to work with Josh. Was also a little excited to work with Miss Molly
Sims, Miss Vanessa Marcil and Miss Nikki Cox."
"I love
hanging out with Jerry," Duhamel says. "He's one of the
funniest people I've ever met in my life. To go over there was even
more fun. It's a morgue with dead people. We're over here with girls
in tight dresses and lots of money.
"We've
got two extremes: people who are living life to the fullest, and people
who don't get to live anymore."
And, of course,
"Las Vegas" has veteran actor James Caan, who plays "Big
Ed" Deline, the Montecito's president of operations.
"Jimmy's
great," O'Connell says. "Jimmy came over to our show.
He's just classic. I learn a lot from watching him. He comes into
a scene, and he knows there's one thing that's important in the scene,
like one line or one moment, whether it's scripted or not scripted.
He finds it and does it.
"If
I could be half the actor he is, I'd be thrilled."
"Brilliant
fun with Caan," Hennessey says after filming a scene in which
Caan experimented with several approaches to figuring out how Ed should
use Jordan as a shield to hide from his wife (Cheryl Ladd).
"We're
using every opportunity," Hennessey continues, "to visually
show some sort of sexual subtextural relationship. It's totally not
written. He goes with it. It's so nice to work with somebody who's
so good at improvising and so comfortable with it. I drop my eyes
down to his pants, and he follows the lead. He goes with it."
While Thompson
thinks a crossover with NBC's airport drama "LAX" might
be fun, he dreams of linking up with an ABC drama about plane-crash
survivors stranded on an island.
"'Lost,'
that would be fun," Thompson says, grinning. "That could
really be interesting. One of our planes crash-lands on the island
[then is able to leave]. We say, 'Sorry, we'll send someone back for
you.' Then we can't find it."
JERRY'S
APPEARANCE ON CONAN - TRANSCRIPT
11/05/04
The following
is a rough transcript of Jerry's interview on Late Night with Conan
O'Brien from November 4, 2004. Look out for new photos of Jerry modeling
underwear and clothing for the Perry Ellis Spring Campaign.
Late Night
with Conan O'Brien
Nov. 4, 2004
Conan
mentions that Jerry has stayed in great shape.
Jerry:
"I don't know if you got the memo, I don't know if you were cc'ed...
I'm actually modeling now. I got the Perry Ellis Spring Modeling Campaign."
"It's not fun being an underwear model. First, you're going to
work and you're taking your clothes off so you have to watch what
you eat. There's no more chicken wings" He also mentions having
to ask for 'the beer with the lowest carbs' when going to a bar. "The
shoot took place in Central Park. I know, that sounds ghetto, but
it isn't."
Conan:
"Why are they modeling underwear in Central Park?"
Jerry:
"I know, that's what I said to them. But it was also a little
spooky because it was done in the Fall a couple of weeks ago, it's
not the warmest weather. You're wearing underwear, you're not in your
best light, you know what I'm saying? You suffer from what is commonly
referred to as 'acornitis'"
Conan makes
a joke about 'I don't suffer from that, maybe you do - but I don't'
and Jerry says Conan's like Jay-Z.
Jerry
Continues with his story: " 'What am I supposed to do here?'
" And they are like 'You know...' I was in public, I didn't want
to put anything in there. So they're like 'You know, get it... get
it excited.' "
Conan:
"Did they tell you to do that?"
Jerry:
"Yeah, there's that word you know - I'm gonna have you say it."
Conan:
"I don't know it"
Jerry:
Shyly says "You know, you're supposed to like fluff it."
He then grins and laughs with the audience at their reaction.
Conan:
"But you're not a porn star! You're an underwear model!"
Jerry:
"Well, I was afraid I was gonna get arrested in Central Park
- you know."
Conan:
"Let's paint the picture here. You're in Central Park and you've
got your hand down your pants. That's a crime actually - I would know
(he jokes). They don't look kindly on that here."
Conan then
went on to ask what Jerry is recognized for the most. Jerry mentioned
"Crossing Jordan on NBC" and he also mentioned "Stand
by Me," telling the story of the typical New Yorker that occasionally
spots him on the street yelling "Yo - Fat kid from Stand By Me!"
Jerry mentioned it's a little embarrassing when he's with a girl,
as they end up asking him 'Why do they always say that?'
Jerry also
talked about supporting the LA sports teams like the Dodgers. He went
to the last post season game of the season and Arnold Schwarzenegger
was sitting in the bleachers a few rows in front of him. During the
7th inning stretch Arnold got up to mingle with fans and someone yelled
out "It's only the 7th inning, you better not be leaving"
and Arnold said "I'll be back". (Jerry imitated Arnold's
accent).
Contact
Music also quoted Jerry's invterview from Late Night with Conan
O'Brien. (However, they add in a few words in parenthesis that Jerry
never actually said).

is the new face of PERRY ELLIS' underwear range, and he admits the
job's already landed him in an embarrassing situation.
O'Connell,
currently dating stunning actress REBECCA ROMIJN-STAMOS, says, "The
shoot took place in Central Park... It was done in the fall a couple
weeks ago and it wasn't like warmest weather - and you're in underpants,

Rebecca
and Jerry's Tender Goodbye Undercover lovers Rebecca Romijn, 32,
and Jerry O'Connell, 30, just couldn't hide their feelings any longer!
After a weekend spent cozying up in Calabasa, California - where the
actress lives in the former brothel she converted into a home with
estranged husband John Staomos, 41 - the couple of two months shared
a sullen, early-morning farewell on October 24 at the Los Angeles
International Airport. Before Romijn jetted to Vancouver, British
Columbia (whre she's shooting Ben Affleck's comedy Man About Town),
the dressed-down Crossing Jordan star chauffeured her to the airport
for a 6:45 a.m. flight. "He seemed so sad to see her go!"
says a witness. "They looked like teenagers in a movie saying
goodbye for the summer. They just couldn't stop kissing!" Alas,
her cinematic career called, and O'Connell was left waving as Romijn
rode the escalator to her gate.
